You've made a purchase in our online shop and would like to return a product? No problem! Simply log in to our webshop with your email address and click the "Request return" button during checkout.


How do I return an item?

1. Log in to our webshop with the email address you used when placing your order and go to your order. Click the "Request return" button. Select a reason for return and provide further information in the "Note" field. The more detailed your information, the faster and easier the return process will be – for both you and us. Please note that we can only accept returns of unopened, original-packaged goods.

 Then click on the "Request return" button.
3. Your return request is now being reviewed by our team. Should we require further information such as photos, etc., we will contact you.
4. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will immediately process the refund of the invoice amount.

Important: For food safety and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and originally packaged products.

How long do I have to return an item?

You can return your order to us within 14 days. Please note, however, that we can only accept unopened products in their original packaging.

My product was damaged upon delivery?

If your order was damaged during delivery, a return is not necessarily required. Please be sure to document the damage with photos of the defective item and the shipping box. Contact us at service[at]wolftrack.at and provide us with all the relevant information. Please keep the defective products for at least 7 days after requesting a replacement, in case a return becomes necessary.

When and how will I receive my refund?

Refunds are usually issued via the original payment method. We typically process refunds within 1-2 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. Depending on the payment method, the amount will be credited either immediately or after a short processing time.
