Shipping costs

Here you will find a detailed overview of shipping costs and delivery times. The shipping costs will be clearly displayed again on the order page during the ordering process, both in the shopping cart and during checkout.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, delivery will take place within the number of days listed in the table above (or, if prepayment is agreed upon, after receipt of your payment). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. During peak seasons and promotional periods, delivery times may be longer. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time. Orders received by 10:00 AM are generally shipped the same day (except on Mondays and during periods of high demand). Once the package leaves our warehouse, we have no further control over the delivery time.

Customs clearance and import tax

For shipments to Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom, additional costs such as customs duties and import taxes may apply, which will be charged by the shipping provider. These costs are the responsibility of the end customer, as the goods are not cleared through customs in advance. Please be aware that delivery may be delayed by your country's customs authorities.

Returns

If there's a problem with your order, we're happy to help. You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to cancel it. You can find all the details about your right of cancellation in the cancellation policy. If you have any further questions, you can also contact our support team directly.
